Anthony is available (nay, eager) for freelance assignments and requests for appearances that relate to any aspect of food and drink. He's particularly geeky about cocktails, canning, gardening, raw seafood and oysters. Mmm, oysters.
In his spare time, when he's not writing or eating, Anthony is practicing law - usually with a cup of tea and a bag of popcorn on his desk.
